• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirement.
• Analyze customer needs to come up with proper solutions.
• Consolidate business requirement using documentation such as SRS, URD.
• Collaborate with the development team during development phase.
• Document user manual guide and facilitate training sessions for end-user.
• Support end-user during UAT phase.
• Consolidate, categorize and process end-user’s feedback during UAT phase.
• Report working progress to direct manager/ department manager.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Essential
• Good at both individual and team work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good presentation skills in terms of describe business requirement as well as present the product with the stakeholders.
• Good at eliciting, consolidating and analyzing information.
• Proficient in writing business requirement document such as SRS, URD.
• Good at using designing tool for mockup/wire-frame/prototype such as Visio, Balsamiq.
• Planning skills, analytical thinking & problem-solving skills.
• Desirable
• Recruitment domain knowledge.
• Have experience with Agile methodology.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any subject (Marketing, Business Management or IT preferred).
• Have experience with software development life cycle.
• Familiar with Jira, Confluence.
